Centurion Surgery Center of Jacksonville is located on Jacksonville’s Southside at the intersection of Butler Boulevard and Kernan Boulevard. The ambulatory surgery center is housed in a medical office building occupied by Jax Spine & Pain Centers and UF Health East.
